Last night was a easy moving and socialising place with designers such as Gareth Moody from Chronicles of Never and Elke Kramer of E L K E, Kym Ellery - E L L E R Y, Ruby Smallbone. and other fashionistas at Edition - the physical store of the The Grand Social. The Aeon accompanied the store and it's really a preference of my own to merge art/photography with fashion.
So for people who don't know The Grand Social, then have either not shopped online ever in your life or you've been living under a rock and not been in touch with the fashion world. They stock the hippest and edgiest labels, upcoming and established and is the definite one stop place for both the guy and the girl. They also have a blog in which covers and reviews the latest shows and happenings. It's really been a long journey for them, starting online, to short-lived pop-up stores and now a store that will stand forever. It's great to see them move from height to height.
The space is located at 214Crown Street,Darlinghurst just a walk down from Oxford Street, Paddington. You people should make a visit ASAP, they opened today. Last night I couldn't help but snap some snaps. You know me and loving photography haha. It was also nice meeting Gareth and unfortunate I didn't get a chance to chat with Elke but was really great to catch up with Courtney from the GS and Emily from Little Black Book.
